Project 2 (Audio Storytelling)
For the second project, we were tasked to choose a story and make an audio
storybook for it pretty much.
I first thought doing frozen since everyone knows that movie and its very
simple, but I thought that doing an action pact movie would've been better. So
I decided to go with Kung Fu Panda for this project.
Storyline
I wrote down the script for me to say for the project as I watched the
movie. I accidentally watched the whole thing in the end.. But I wrote it
down as I watched until the point where I thought that it would be long
enough.
I then read out the script using the voice recorder application thats
installed on windows.
There were a few tries as i felt that my voice was mumbling. In the end j
got the results i was satisfied with and imported it onto adobe audition. I
made the noise minimized with the help of eq and noise reduction settings.

I downloaded a lot of the necessary sound effects and resources from the
website the lecture gave for downloading free sounds. I downloaded sounds
like wood breaking sound, sling shot sound and others to mimic what is seen
in the movie.

I compiled them all and basically just tried to make everything fit
together.
Also, I downloaded the original soundtrack of the movie to use to fill up
the empty spaces. I then edited the sounds a little bit by adjusting the
volume control, the eq and everything else to make it sound better. After
that, I placed them all just like I did for the sound effects and it was
pretty much finished. Except I needed to make the video.

While watching the movie early on, I recorded my screen using OBS studio,
and just made up the clips following the timeline of the dialogue in
premiere pro.
