Tasks

For this post, we were required to make a 100 word or more reflection on the Japan trip that we had to gather information for the final project.

For the Japan trip, we have made many friends and memories along the way. My groupmates first took the destination of Senso-ji temple to take some inspirations for culture-themed designs for our food packaging design. I noticed that a lot of the temples and the color palette for them were red. Well, red was pretty much everywhere since it was Japan.

We then went onto try out different foods that was a specialty in that city of Tokyo, which were for example; tempura, ramen, udon and etc. I think I personally liked the gyukatsu that me and my friends had in Harajuku. it was BUSSIN. I think that was the most favourable meal that I had while I was in Tokyo.

For the main source of research, we went to a cup ramen museum that was made by Nissin in Yokohama. We travelled about an hour to get there, and the day we went was the coldest day in Japan AND, it was near the coast so it was windy and rainy. I think Sim's umbrella turned inside out and we all got pretty wet when we arrived to the museum. But it was a very memorable day as we all had very much fun sightseeing and experiencing the cold like we never do in Malaysia.

We also tried out a ton of ice creams and different flavors of beer. I personally liked Sapporo as it was very easy to go down :) hehe.

Overall, I loved and enjoyed the trip. and honestly even with all the stupidity me and my group went through it was an experience where it gathered everyone's friendships together :)). Mr Asrizal is the GOAT!!!! Miss Anis AsWELL!!!!
